MPL, short for Ma Pauvre Lucette, is a French band formed in 2012 by five childhood friends: Cédric Bouteiller (vocals), Manuel Rouzier (guitar), Julien Abitbol (guitar), Andreas Radwan (bass), and Arthur Dagallier (machines). Their music blends pop, French chanson, and electronic influences, featuring poetic and melancholic lyrics. They have released several albums, including "Ma Pauvre Lucette" (2015), "L'Étoile" (2020), and "Bonhommes" (2022), the latter exploring themes of masculinity and sensitivity. Their live performances are renowned for their theatrical and immersive quality.
